Alameda County Theatre Conservatory is a youth theatre organization for kids ages 7-17, specializing in performing arts education, musical theatre, theory, and a variety of year-round course offerings. Our dedicated team is committed to providing a supportive and creative environment where young performers can develop their skills and passion for the arts.

Ashley Rae Little 

Ashley’s theatrical odyssey encompasses a diverse array of mediums and roles internationally. From training as a dancer and progressing into vocal technique, engaging as a TYA principle performer, and enchanting audiences with well known characters she prides herself on supplying a unique portfolio.Ashley's technical prowess shines through in her adeptness at creative design and direction, ensuring seamless productions that breathe life into every facet.

Micaela Groman

Micaela Groman holds a B.A. in Justice, Community, and Leadership with a minor in Music Performance from Saint Mary’s College of California. With over 15 years of experience teaching youth theater, she is deeply committed to fostering a kind, inclusive, and collaborative creative space where young performers can grow and find a sense of belonging.

Clarissa Louis

Clarissa is a Parent, economist and former theatre kid. As a parent and professional she supports the team through her expertise in administration knowing the lifelong value Community Theatre brings to youth's experience.

Dr. Everette 

A seasoned educator and teacher or teachers, Everette is a master instructor and pedagog. He brings an all encompassing holistic approach to youth development as the current Director of Summer Camps at Saint Mary's College and director of the Teaching Teachers Program.
